This is what we said about it four years ago…Imported from Sweden where it’s clearly led a charmed life; this is a lovely example of the Les Harris 750 Bonneville, all original with the exception of one replacement silencer as far as we can see. The engine is quiet and smoke free, starts first kick every time on those unusual Amal Mk1.5 Concentrics without tickling too! So much of this old-school bike is re-engineered to look and feel a little more up to date. The rear brake for example; gone is that abominable lash-up of a Meriden rear disc; Brembo caliper mounted properly looks and works a treat. Double discs and Brembos up front, nice “European” indicators, left foot gear change of course (that conversion always did work) and a style all it’s own. Which is nice. Unusual and nice, nice to ride, easy to start, stops when you ask it to.

All the paperwork is present and correct, UK registered with only one owner on the V5C and current mileage reads . The additional picture is recent so you can see it has been well looked after. This machine will be thoroughly checked and tested in our workshop when it arrives but don’t wait for that, please call now to register your interest and I’ll make an effort to get it here quickly.
