Dunkley Popular Scooter

This is the fourth and latest Dunkley Popular known to exist in running order. Recently restored by an experienced gentleman who regularly restores cars to concours condition, she's a rare beauty in fine running order, highly commended in the last local Classic Show. The original registration was 116 NPF but no documents to prove so the DVLA kindly issued the age related 116 XUU registration which shares the same numbers. The restoration has seen all the original rusty frame and panelwork stripped and powder coated in the original colours. The four stroke overhead valve engine has been completely rebuilt with new main bearings and piston rings. Tyres, chain, cables to original pattern, wiring loom and rear light are new, as is all the chrome. There was no speedo fitted and the original blanking disc remains reminding you of the type to fit if you are so inclined.
