This is a metal clothing pin/badge of the Yamaha YZR500 the American Grand Prix motorcycle road-racer Wayne Rainey rode before the accident that put him in a wheelchair. Rainey rode this bike between 1990 and 1993 whilst being sponsored by Marlboro, who are advertised on the bike. It fastens via a butterfly clutch on the back – see pictures for more details. No idea of age but it’s proper enamel, none of your plastic rubbish.
