We think it is! This is a metal clothing pin/badge of a motorcycle, in a gold finish, bought at an antiques fair in Barcelona this year. Neither the make or model can be discerned from the pin, but it’s still a lovely little piece of memorabilia. It fastens via a butterfly clutch on the back – see pictures for more details. Anyone who was at that classic race will think they recognise this as a tribute to the battle that was remembered for Sheen’s gesture (and Murray’s comments about waving) rather than Roberts’ win.
