Another real find… these are the bikes we look for and we’re proud to present another unrestored example of Triumph’s iconic Bonneville. Price reduced by £3,000 in line with current market trends and this price is surely compelling for such a unique example? If you ever wonder how good a 1970 Bonnie could be factory-fresh but aged 55 years this is your chance to find out. Unrestored but carefully (so you can only tell by looking inside) rebuilt engine, some new chrome parts like handlebars and headlight shell and exhaust system (they can’t be original items can they?) but really the more you look under the skin the more you realise this thing just hasn’t been messed with. The paint degradation is almost certainly from cleaning, it’s hardly faded but has lost some lacquer. It rides so so well. Fresh from some serious recommissioning at Classic Bike Workshop, running perfectly on points of course, clocks refurbed in period patina retaining original mileage and it even has the original standard Californian rear light extension. Dating letters confirm provenance, V5C and other documentation are in order and it is ready to ride and appreciate. Quality.
