A very tidy example of the iconic F4S with very low mileage and a well documented early history. This early UK machine #191 was pre-ordered in October 1999, invoiced by Three Cross (importers) to Baines Racing (official dealer) in July 2000 and first registered in March 2001. It has been owned and loved by only two owners from new and they are good friends so provenance and ownership history is strong. Very rarely used in recent years but maintained and well looked after although there are a few litte knocks and scuffs as you can see, mostly from the garage, certainly never crashed and the paintwork is all original. In fact all of it is, including the rare dual seat option which was specified from new and well documented. Everything works perfectly and it will come with a new MOT for the new owner. New Bridgestone hypersport tyres were fitted a few years ago and are almost unworn. I will ride it and report back but it starts instantly, revs cleanly and idles smoothly so all is looking and sounding very good indeed. The video was taken on a cold damp day and even though the engine was warmed carefully the exhaust is still clearly visible – it is not smoke, it does not smoke. And doesn’t it look good? Tamburini styling at it’s 916 best, still looking fresh and modern over a quarter of a century after it was created. Art.
