When these little 305cc Honda twins came out in the mid-1960s they were not always taken seriously but with electric start, light weight and good handling they could out-perform a Bonneville of the time, which made them popular with buyers and unpopular with some old Triumph owners! A relatively recent import; presumably from the USA; now UK registered on an age-related number and readyu to ride. The V5C shows two UK owners; the last known to CSB and this machine has been in our very own Classic Bike Workshop so we know it’s good. The restoration speaks for itself; very high quaility with the exception of one exhaust downpipe which is showing signs of chrome degradation. Mechanically excellent, the bike starts on the button or kick and rides very nicely indeed. A collection of restoration invoices for parts is on file along with a couple of MOTs (it doesn’t need one now) and of course it’s historic tax so there are no old tax discs. A good example of an excellent and sought after classic motorcycle.
