Bargain GS with a nice surprise for her new owner…

…she’s actually rather nice to ride. A bit scruffy but full of character. More to report when we have ridden and fettled but the last owner; well known and respected by CSB; reports good things on the road. Watch this space. Video proves what we heard to be true; she sounds absolutely lovely. Clearly well serviced and mechanically very quiet, recent expenses include a new battery, oil and service items, tyres and other spares detailed in the document file. That file contains old MOTs which confirm the mileage recoreded is correct, and this UK bike has only had four former keepers. The bike has been ridden regularly and it shows, everything working perfectly including the heated grips, but it would clean up nicely with a bit of time and attention. The front disc is rusty and a used replacement (later drilled type) is provided with the bike or can be fitted if desired. Not the tidiest beemer you will see but a practical and affordable GS is a rare thing indeed, and practical additions on this bike like the foot-flaps make it a good winter bike if you are so inclined.
