Triumph 6T Thunderbird
Engine rebuild completed, very very nice indeed.
Nice matching numbers Thunderbird which has been a while in the workshop and shows it now she’s back on the road. The engine has been rebuilt by Classic Bike Workshop with new UK manufactured cylinders, standard Hepolite pistons and rings, valves and valve guides and many other quality new parts. The bottom end is solid, as is the gearbox but the clutch and primary drive side has been rebuilt. An oil filter conversion will ensure that the engine remains in tip top condition after it’s extensive refresh. This rare and beautiful partial enclosure ’65 T-bird is lovely on the road now and has just completed the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride for charity in London, so it has a moustache on the headlight! Now with a smooth, quiet, smoke-free motor and many detail chassis improvements show an improvement in these new pictures and video. Reduced price because it’s not a Bonneville (although it’s as good if not better to ride), a bargain for such an unusual and attractive classic Triumph twin.
